After completing Chef schooling, Camille broadened her horizons in Tampa at Mise en Place, under reknowned Chef Marty Blitz. It was the following period spent at Tampa's most prestigious restaurants and catering companies where she honed her craft. After working in the restaurant business for many years and in numerous capacities (cooking, serving, hosting, managing and bartending), she fell in love with catering and decided to make it her focus. For over fifteen years now, she has allowed her style to evolve and become an expresssion of her love of ethnic cuisine and local/regional fare. But, most importantly, her passion for quality ingredients and simplistic preparation of food sets her apart.
